Background and Experience

In early 2020, Thomas’ background and experience led him to this transformational steppingstone for launching a juvenile life coach program in Tennessee and Kentucky. Many cities are experiencing an increase in student drop-out and failure rates and student placement in alternative classroom settings. These factors may serve as a gateway for the foundation for juvenile crime and incarceration.

He blends his 25 years of experience, training, and intuition to provide parents, teens, transitional individuals, educators, and the juvenile courts with opportunities driven by positive reinforcement for youth offenders to identify themselves in a better life.
